"I have been with State Farm Insurance since I was a teenager, 40 years ago. The agent for my original office retired and this is how Chris Kasper became my agent. I was delegated to Chris's office, he was new to me and he only needed a chance. I have not been disappointed with Chris since coming to his agency. He always knows how to handle insurance questions, he has a calm demeanor, helps his clients navigate insurance claims or simply explaining how the policy works. He is available and willing to have conversations with clients.
His staff is supportive and always helpful. I am sure Chris is passing on his excellent customer service etiquette.
